Baby C is still in her crib, but in a little bit we hope to transfer her to a big girl bed and bedroom. Her nursery will hopefully at some point be inherited by another rug rat.I can't get over how great this image is. I'm so in love with the combination of high-low. The Marimekko wallpaper and Ikea children's furniture... just absolutely LOVE this.
Thinking ahead as usual, this room would work wonderfully for a tween or teen!

Ooh, I'm in love with it too. I've been planning to wallpaper when Eleanor's ready for her big girl room, and I love this look!
ReplyDeleteHave you seen this link?? Done with paint, but looks amazing :)

So cute, and I never knew toddler beds could be so stylish.
ReplyDeleteI believe those beds actually extend to become twin-sized beds, so the trouble with them is that you have to purchase IKEA's special mattress because a crib mattress is too small/not wide enough. But being that it comes in both white and black, it had been a definite runner for me when I was picking out a new bed for my daughter.
ReplyDeleteHi Susan,
ReplyDeleteI love the overall look of this room. However I was actually thinking more towards getting a full size bed right away. This way there's plenty of room to snuggle and read book, or host slumber parties. Plus I can stay the night in her room if she's not well.
