This weekend our stair railing got installed! Yay, happy dance. We went with Urban Stairs. From materials to the beautiful install, they did a great job all around and we couldn't be happier.
We chose brushed nickel spindles and natural oak newel posts + railing. OMG, I think this is my favourite project overall. It suites our aesthetic perfectly, it is exactly what the house needed. The cherry on top.
In the not so exciting news we spent a good day just laying half the floor on that landing.

For anyone thinking of updating their railings, do it! It really changes how the house feels. We couldn't be happier with this project.
